Team Positions Available

Sales Consultant

Battlefield Harley-Davidson® is looking for an experienced Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our team! You must be a highly motivated individual, able to sell with integrity, have outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Full-time position with benefits. Must be able to work evenings and weekends and have a valid motorcycle license. Knowledge of motorcycle industry a plus.

Parts Consultant

Battlefield Harley-Davidson® is looking for an additional part-time/seasonal Parts Consultant to join our team. You must have an outgoing, pleasant personality, provide excellent customer service to "walk-in and telephone" customers. Demonstrate good communication skills, computer skills, be able and willing to learn the features of the products, point-of-sale cash register and inventory system. You will also display, stock and organize merchandise. Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends. Knowledge of motorcycle industry and Harley-Davidson® motorcycles preferred.

General Merchandise Consultant

Battlefield Harley-Davidson®, Inc. is looking for a part-time/seasonal Motorclothes Consultant to join our team. You must have an outgoing, pleasant personality, exhibit excellent customer service to "walk-in and telephone" customers. Demonstrate good communication skills, computer skills, and ability to learn the features of the products, point of sale cash register, and inventory system. You will also display, stock and organize merchandise. Must be flexible with ability to work evenings and weekends. Position is part-time.

Property & Maintenance Helper

This is a seasonal position starting in March involves working independently under direction of the Property Supervisor. Work will cover a wide variety of projects, events and routine daily maintenance, including building cleaning and maintenance, grounds maintenance and landscaping, assisting with minor construction projects, cleaning motorcycles, moving materials, supplies, motorcycles and equipment, and other duties as assigned. Applicant should be in good physical condition and able to periodically lift heavy objects and work under adverse weather conditions. Position may require the ability to operate company motor vehicles and equipment. Applicant must maintain a valid driver license and insurable driving record. A valid motorcycle license is an asset.

Service Consultant

Harley-Davidson® experience, a plus but not a requirement. Must have pleasant personality, enjoy working with people, and embrace a superior customer service focus. Requires excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include: in taking customer vehicles, diagnose problems and service needs, schedule work, assign jobs to service technicians, and communicate job status to customer.

Detailer/Porter

This is a full-time detailer/porter as part of our service department. Detailer will specialize in cleaning, detailing, polishing and waxing motorcycles as well as fueling customer and dealership owned motorcycles. Porter duties include picking-up and delivering dealership owned and customer motorcycles. Individual must exhibit safe driving skills, attention to detail, have a strong desire toward providing outstanding customer service, be teamwork oriented, have good communication skills and be willing and able to work evenings and weekends. A valid motorcycle license is a necessity.
